What this right covers
Some state privacy laws give you the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, and of targeted advertising. Those terms are defined broadly — they can cover transfers where no money changes hands.
You can use this page to tell us to stop, whichever state you live in. We apply the opt-out to every request we receive rather than checking your state first.

Global Privacy Control
We recognize and honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. If your browser or a privacy extension sends GPC, we treat it as a valid opt-out for that browser automatically. You do not need to fill in the form below for it to take effect.
GPC applies per browser and per device. If you use more than one, enable it on each, or submit the form below so the opt-out is tied to your details rather than your browser.
Submit a request
Give us enough detail to find your record. We ask for a phone number because that is usually the only identifier attached to a request submitted on this site.
Request received. We have logged your request and will respond within the period required by law. If you asked us to stop calls or texts, that takes effect right away.
Verification and timing
For access, correction, and deletion requests we may need to verify your identity before we act, because releasing or deleting records on an unverified request would itself be a privacy risk. We will only ask for what is necessary to match you to an existing record.
Opt-out requests do not require verification and we act on them without asking you to prove who you are.
We respond within the period required by applicable law — generally within 45 days, extendable once where the law allows and we tell you why.
An authorized agent may submit a request for you with written proof of authorization.
Some information must be kept regardless of a deletion request, including consent records and call recordings we are required to retain. Where that applies, we will tell you what we kept and why.
Stopping calls and texts
To withdraw consent to be contacted, you do not need this form and you do not need to wait:
- Reply STOP to any text message
- Tell the agent on any call that you want the calls to stop

We process withdrawal requests promptly and apply them across calls, texts, and email — not only the channel you used to reach us.
