Who we are
OptimalHealthChoices.com is owned and operated by Poshnee Tech LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a private company not connected with or endorsed by the United States government or the federal Medicare program.
We are a Third-Party Marketing Organization (TPMO). We do not sell insurance, we do not issue policies, and we do not enroll anyone in a plan. Our role is to collect the information you choose to give us and connect you with a licensed insurance agent.
This policy explains what we collect, why, who receives it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the phone and text contact that follows from a request you submit here.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Your first and last name
- Your ZIP code
- Your telephone number, and your email address if you provide one
- Your age range, whether you are enrolled in Medicare Part A and Part B, and whether you receive Medicaid or state medical assistance
- The consent choices you make, and the exact consent wording displayed to you at the moment you submitted
We do not ask for health conditions, prescriptions, diagnoses, income, or Social Security numbers on this website. If a form on this site ever appears to request that information, do not provide it and contact us at info@poshnee.com.
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type and version, device type, and operating system
- Pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, and any campaign or source parameters in the link you arrived through
- Interaction data including mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, keystroke timing (not keystroke content), and form field focus
- Cookies and similar technologies as described below
Consent certification and session recording
This is the part of our data practice most people are not told about clearly, so we are stating it plainly.
When you use the form on this site, third-party consent-certification services — TrustedForm (operated by ActiveProspect) and, where applicable, Jornaya LeadiD — create a certified record of your visit. That record captures the page as it appeared to you, your interactions with it, and the exact consent language displayed at the moment you submitted the form.
We use this for one purpose: to prove that consent was actually given, freely and with the disclosure in front of you. It protects you against being contacted on the basis of consent you never gave, and it protects us against the same claim.
- The certificate and its underlying session record are hosted by the certification provider, not by us.
- We store the certificate reference, the consent text as it was rendered to you, a timestamp, your IP address, your browser user agent, the page URL, and the state of each consent checkbox.
- We may share the certificate with the licensed agency that receives your request, so that agency can independently verify consent before contacting you.

How we use your information
- To connect you with a licensed insurance agent, which is the service you requested
- To verify and document your consent to be contacted
- To screen your number against federal and state Do Not Call registries and litigation-risk lists before any call is placed
- To respond to questions, requests, and opt-out instructions you send us
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and fraudulent form submissions
- To measure which campaigns and pages perform, in aggregate
- To meet legal, regulatory, and record-retention obligations, including those imposed by CMS on marketing to Medicare-eligible individuals
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:
- Know and access — what personal information we hold about you, where it came from, and who received it
- Correct — inaccurate personal information
- Delete — personal information we hold, subject to legal retention obligations
- Portability — receive a copy in a portable format
- Opt out — of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising
- Non-discrimination — we will not deny service or provide a different level of service because you exercised a right
These rights are recognized in states including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others as their laws take effect. We apply the opt-out mechanism to all visitors regardless of state.

We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we will respond within the period required by applicable law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.
Withdrawing consent to be contacted
Consent to be contacted is separate from the privacy rights above, and you can withdraw it at any time by any of these methods:

We process withdrawal requests promptly and across every channel — calls, texts, and email — not only the channel you used to tell us. Withdrawing consent does not require you to give a reason.
How long we keep information

When a retention period ends and no legal hold applies, we delete or de-identify the information.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is intended for adults. It is directed at people who are Medicare-eligible or approaching Medicare eligibility. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact info@poshnee.com and we will delete it.
Disputes
Disputes arising out of your use of this website, including disputes about this policy, are subject to the Arbitration and dispute resolution section of our Terms & Conditions, which provides for binding individual arbitration and includes a class-action waiver. Please read it before using this site.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Where a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. The version of the consent language you agreed to at the time of your submission is stored with your record and is unaffected by later edits to this page.

Not all agents are licensed to sell all products in all states. Not all plans are available in all areas.
